Dandelion Harbour Porpoise Underwater

EASTER EXPLORER

Over the Easter weekend we will have two days on the boat and three nights on the beautiful Island of Mull. You will spend your weekend exploring the islands (Eigg, Muck, Coll, Tiree, Iona, Staffa, all with their own character and charm). We will take you through the whale and dolphin grounds and land on islands (puffins, razorbills, gannets, shearwaters, and so much more). Spend 3 nights in comfortable accommodation, bed, breakfast & packed lunch included.

ITINERARY

  • Day One—Late afternoon transfer from Craignure ferry terminal to accommodation in Tobermory or Dervaig. After dinner create your own “Balamory” experience, watching the reflection of the coloured houses in the water of the bay as you enjoy wee nip next to an open fire at one of the three local pubs.
  • Days Two & Three—Two full day boat trips exploring the waters around Mull, Ardnamurchan Penninsula and the Small Isles with a break for lunch on one of the secluded islands of the Hebrides—our search will be for harbour porpoise, dolphins, seals, basking sharks, sunfish, seabirds, eagles, and our favourite summer visitor, the minke whale.
  • Day Four—You can choose to either join us on the boat for half the day, or a land safari, or just find your own way around this spectacular island, maybe even Iona or a trip to Staffa, you choose. You could leave in the morning, or afternoon transfer from accommodation to Craignure for ferry to Oban, meeting bus & train times to Glasgow/Edinburgh.
  • (This itineraray is subject to weather conditions)
